1. Huduma Zetu 1. Our Services

Damygaso Tech hutoa huduma za IT Services & Support, Graphic & Brand Design, na Website & App Development. Maelezo kamili ya kila huduma yapo kwenye ukurasa wa HudumaServices.

2. Malipo 2. Payment

Isipokuwa iwapo imekubaliwa vinginevyo kwa maandishi, miradi inahitaji malipo ya awali ya asilimia 50 kabla ya kazi kuanza, na asilimia 50 iliyobaki kabla ya kukabidhi kazi ya mwisho.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects require a 50% upfront deposit before work begins, with the remaining 50% due before final delivery.

3. Muda wa Kukamilisha Mradi 3. Project Timelines

Muda wa kukamilisha unategemea aina na ukubwa wa mradi, na utaelezwa wazi kabla ya kuanza kazi. Kuchelewa kutoka kwa mteja kutoa maudhui au majibu kunaweza kuathiri muda uliopangwa.

Timelines depend on project type and scope, and will be clearly stated before work begins. Delays in the client providing content or feedback may affect the agreed schedule.

4. Marekebisho (Revisions) 4. Revisions

Kila mradi unajumuisha idadi maalum ya marekebisho kama ilivyokubaliwa kwenye quote. Marekebisho ya ziada nje ya makubaliano yanaweza kuwa na gharama ya ziada.

Each project includes an agreed number of revisions as outlined in the quote. Additional revisions beyond that scope may carry an extra cost.

5. Hosting, Domain na Maintenance 5. Hosting, Domain & Maintenance

Miradi ya website inayostahili inajumuisha mwaka mmoja wa hosting na domain, pamoja na miezi 3 ya matengenezo bila malipo baada ya kukabidhi. Baada ya kipindi hicho, ada za kila mwaka zitatumika kuendelea na huduma.

Eligible website projects include one year of hosting and domain, plus 3 months of free maintenance after delivery. After that period, annual renewal fees apply to continue the service.

6. Haki Miliki (Intellectual Property) 6. Intellectual Property

Umiliki wa kazi ya mwisho (design, tovuti, au maudhui) unahamishiwa kwa mteja baada ya malipo kamili kukamilika. Damygaso Tech inahifadhi haki ya kuonyesha kazi kwenye portfolio yake isipokuwa mteja aombe vinginevyo kwa maandishi.

Ownership of the final work (design, website, or content) transfers to the client upon full payment. Damygaso Tech reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

7. Kufuta Mradi 7. Cancellation

Iwapo mteja atafuta mradi baada ya kazi kuanza, malipo ya awali (deposit) hayarudishwi, kwani yanafidia muda na rasilimali zilizokwisha tumika.

If a client cancels a project after work has started, the initial deposit is non-refundable, as it covers time and resources already committed.

8. Kikomo cha Dhima (Limitation of Liability) 8. Limitation of Liability

Damygaso Tech haitawajibika kwa hasara zisizo za moja kwa moja zinazotokana na matumizi ya mifumo, website, au huduma zilizotolewa, ikiwa ni pamoja na matatizo yanayosababishwa na huduma za wahusika wengine (mfano: hosting providers, mitandao ya malipo).

Damygaso Tech is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of systems, websites, or services provided, including issues caused by third-party services (e.g. hosting providers, payment networks).

9. Mabadiliko ya Masharti 9. Changes to These Terms

Tunaweza kusasisha masharti haya mara kwa mara. Toleo jipya litawekwa kwenye ukurasa huu.

10. Sheria Zinazotumika 10. Governing Law

Masharti haya yanaongozwa na sheria za Jamhuri ya Muungano wa Tanzania.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
